| Connecticut Camp 2003- Day 2 |
500 yard sprint in the pool. Two 800 meter sprints on the track. A three mile time trial on the bike. Training and testing experience; pricless. Anyone could complete the distances that we covered today. Only the dedicated can cover these distances as hard and as fast as possible. Every stroke, stride and revolution of the pedals pushed our physical and mental limits- within the ultimate goal of extending beyond those limits. For the 15 athletes who are training this weekend, everyone dug deep to give 100% or more.
