CAMP CLEVELAND ROCKS!!!!!!

The 1st (soon to be annual) Eric Hodska Triathlon Camp in Cleveland rocked!!
We had a wide range of abilities- from newbies to Ironman veterans. This was my third Hodska camp and they just keep getting better. Eric’s coaching abilities brought out the best in everyone. His personal experiences and multisport knowledge helped guide each triathlete. We all learned so much than thought possible in an action packed weekend.

Each day was challenging and completely different. We swam, did hill repeats, heart rate testing, track workouts and so much ! Make sure to mark your calendars for next year's camp!
